Hi, I’m Kyle Eversum, an IT Support Technician with 8 years of hands-on experience supporting computers, networks, servers, and end users. I enjoy solving technology problems and helping people get back to work quickly and confidently.
I currently work as an IT Field Technician, where I install and support business networks, configure workstations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide on-site technical support. I also served as an Information Systems Technician in the United States Navy Reserve, working with secure communications and mission-critical IT systems.
I’m pursuing to expand my skills in networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT. My approach is simple: provide reliable, practical solutions with clear communication and a personal, hands-on level of support that larger IT companies often can’t offer.
